1. Easy 30-Day Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item should be:
✔ In its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).

2. How to Start a Return

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ll Fix It!

We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. Just email us with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever works best for you.

4. What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items can’t be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:
❌ Opened personal care or beauty products
❌ Custom or personalized items
❌ Perishable goods
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Sale items and gift cards

6. EU Customers: Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to return it for any reason. Just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging.

7. Getting Your Refund

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, just reach out—we’ll make sure it gets sorted!
